Hotel Lisboa

We stayed at this place and found it to be in a fantastic location. It is right in the trendiest shopping streets, where you will find all the top designer stores. It is also in the center, just in the corner of Ave Libertade, and within a stone's throw from the major tourist areas. We loved that there were some restaurants close by as well. The service here is excellent, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping. The room amenities, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed rooms also added to our comfort. The staff at reception were always helpful and available to assist with any request.

We had a fantastic stay in a really quiet neighborhood close to Avenida metro stop, which made it easy for us to explore everything in the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and had a small fridge and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a great selection. We also loved that there was a supermarket right opposite the hotel.

The room was soundproofed and definitely felt luxurious, with separate tub and shower, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. Finally, what stood out the most was the quality of staff who were always on hand to help with any requests at the reception desk.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a lavish and comfortable stay, with facilities that catered to all my needs.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warmhearted. They made our stay as foreign tourists very comfortable. They provided us with all the necessary information about the city, public transportation, and must-see attractions. The hotel was also very clean and corresponded to the pictures online. Its location, just a short walk from the city center and a main Metro station, was a big plus.

The noise from the street can sometimes be quite loud, especially when the window is slightly tilted open.

Some of the breakfast food was served cold and the selection could be bigger. the gym was small and the equipment was not in the best shape.
